Why should people get to know me?
now there's a question, so lets start with things I like doing,
I like eating out with good company, but also like cooking at home, I like traveling and fortunately having a son who lives in Spain I get to pop over there very regularly, I take fitness very seriously and eat healthily, so I would say that I am in pretty good shape for my age.
I like nice clothes (a bit too much my sons say) but that’s my indulgence.
I have a very active Weimaraner dog, so lots of walking with him helps me relax and keep fit, this would be really nice to share with someone.
I do like getting cosy in front of the woodburner with a nice glass of red and a good movie or series at weekends but by no means a lounge lizard.
I have suffered tragedy in my life, so I am now very much of the attitude that life is for living as none of us know how long we have so let's not waste our lives, just enjoy every second we can.

So what am I looking for in a match,
Well someone who is just fun, doesn't take too much too seriously and has a good sense of humour, affectionate, I like cuddles as much as the next person, someone loyal of course, someone who like me takes their health and fitness very seriously so being able to do this together ticks the box.
A really bubbly and caring person is for me very important and if attractive all the better.
if your average Saturday night entails munching your way through a huge box of chocolates and a large glass of Baileys, I'm probably not the man for you, I really enjoy going out and eating nice food especially when abroad and of course in the UK.
I'm not looking for a complicated relationship, I'm very easy going, so if you still have problems with a previous relationship your not really for me.
