First of all, apologies for the preview pic delay but I managed to get one accepted (I think I might have tickled the software's smile algorithm...)
I'm a Barnsley lad that made good in the film industry but always retained the joy of painting with all it's paradoxes and ironies. I'm an atheist but love the imagery of the Christian religion especially work from the Renaissance if you know the real stories behind those divine masterpieces. I'm a bit of a hermit but if dragged kicking and screaming on holiday I usually quite like the result...
Recently I received Macular Degeneration (for my sins) but then again rejoiced after I found out Monet did his best work (famous water lilies and Rouen Cathedral) when he had the condition and just painted exactly what he saw.
