About her
At work, or play, I love to spend my time drawing -patterns mostly. I love walking in nature with my dog, music and singing; good food; travelling, and reading too. Three words that my friends have described me as: kind, courageous and creative. I’ve recently got interested in spirituality and am enjoying exploring this side of myself for the first time. I believe in the goodness in others and the world.
I have two teenage sons, who live with me but will fly the nest in the next few years. Though it did not end well between us, I am on good terms with their dad and they spend plenty of time with him and his partner too. I am only just feeling ready to explore new relationships with men (Hence being here) so be gentle, I’m a bit out of practice :)
If your looking for a girly girl / ladylike lady, then look elsewhere as that’s not me! In a previous life I was an engineer (yes, seriously). I’m more than okay with a bit of temporary dirt (being a dog owner) and a bit of temporary mess (being the creative type) and won’t shy away from activities that involve either. I always try to be true to myself rather than following convention or acting to gain the approval of others. What I ‘see’ in myself is what I give to others. I’m genuine and authentic - like it or not.

Someone creative, who is on my wavelength, and shares some of my interests, passions and outlook on life. I’m not looking for a huge time commitment, but I’m interested in spending quality time sharing ideas and experiences. I enjoy a slower pace of life, pausing and savouring the experiences in front of me rather than rushing off to ‘experience’ the next one.
