The saying is trite I know but life is short. Life would be so much more fun, fulfilling and enriched when sharing the time with the right person to love and be loved by.
My friends would describe me as a good friend which means I'm a person they can rely on and trust in all situations. I have a mostly positive outlook - but am realistic - and am steadfast. I enjoy my home and my garden and spend as much time hobby gardening as possible. A good sense of humour is important to me.

Over the years, I have necessarily developed into a self-sufficient, independent person. My partner will have to be aware of this trait but not be intimidated by it or unsure of my seriousness with regard to the partnership at all. It doesn't mean that I will not commit with the right person and I am seeking a partner who is also committed and loyal but who also perhaps enjoys some separate time on his own or wouldn't mind that I have brief respites on my own.
