I love the peace of the countryside and discovering new places and people. I find it difficult to describe myself but in essence I am an open minded, caring and outward looking woman who believes that life is for living and sees the positives rather than the negatives.
I love, in no particular order, Crete (and Greek islands and culture), classical music, traditional jazz, birdsong, books, art and design, climbing scented roses, sweet peas, bubbles in my glass and bath, my log burner, red wine, baking, fairy lights (all year round), socialising with friends, independent arthouse cinema, sushi, authentic cuisine, live music, recitals, opera and always learning.
