Positive, friendly and honest. There are many things that put a smile on my face including spending time with friends and family, music and dancing around the house, going to the theatre and the cinema, visiting a museum or gallery, a coffee or a meal out (or in!) in good company, walking in the woods or along the beach and much more, though time doesn't allow for them all! That’s not to say that I don’t appreciate the simple things like a sunny day, a beautiful garden in bloom or an open fire.
