I am a loyal, friendly bloke with quite conservative tastes but a youthful, adventurous outlook. Cambridge educated but not an intellectual! Spent 30 years in the public sector before escaping, now I have my own consultancy which is doing well. I enjoy my life but I have recently moved to rural Staffordshire from London; I like it here, but I miss my friends and I'd like a companion as I build my new life. I like: amateur dramatics, playing piano, walks, politics, architecture, antiques, travel, fine dining. I dislike: arrogant people, bad manners, anything that threatens our beautiful countryside and planet.
