About her
I'm a creative thinker and like to laugh a lot. I love being in nature and there's nothing better than a beach at dusk. I can't yomp across the moors anymore but I'll have a go. Living in Devon suits me, and I know many wonderful places to just be in.
I was a potter for many years, making unique garden sculpture, arthritis has now set in and my hands can't be doing all that cold wet clay. Now I paint and make all sorts of things.
I play a flute and bass tuba and was a bass player in a brass band for many years, I loved it! I also played flute in a local orchestra and ceilidh band, I really enjoy a Barn Dance. Looking to start playing with others again.
I'm careful of others feelings and hate to see conflict, things are better talked over with a rational head (not that mine's rational). Don't like over emotional responses, and sentimentality makes me cringe. I like to think a lot about all sorts of things and always try to learn something new every day.
I am left leaning in my politics and you might find me a bit anarchic...who knows? Oh, and I love my new bike.
