About her
I’m warm, friendly and loving, and value kindness and empathy perhaps above everything. A gentle expression, a bubbling laugh – these things can win my heart.
I have a strong creative side, and feel most nourished when a day brings singing, writing and meditating. I have several books out on meditation and mindfulness, which I’ve taught over the years; also a collection of poetry. But now, I’m moving into fiction, living vividly in my imaginary world. Historical fiction is brewing too – I’m planning to move into the 18th century for a while. Perhaps you would enjoy some time travel?
I come alive in nature. I grow French beans and spinach, swim, and walk with my dog. I love reading, and relish a good Audible story. I like language apps too. I've been learning Italian recently and dream of visiting Italy for real.
I adore my work and love it even more now that I've created space around it to do other things I cherish. Such as meeting you, perhaps? Oh, and I’d happily relocate, for the right person…
