About her
I have had an adventurous and fulfilling life so far. I have been self employed most of it and enjoyed the freedom that has given me to be mistress of my own destiny and the time to be as much as do. I love to explore this wonderful planet and thrive being in nature. I also like the occasional journey to my and other people's inner worlds learning what makes us tick and hearing other people's stories.
I'm fairly outgoing, passionate for things and people I care about, optimistic, creative, happy and balanced. (well mostly!). I love to have fun but also have depth and enjoy great conversation and stimulating company. In a relationship I'm open, honest, tactile, sensual and loving. I live life with zest and have enjoyed much of what it has to offer including lots of travel and trekking in far away places and being immersed in other cultures. Madagascar, Nepal, Bali, Kenya and Borneo are favourites. I love my ball gown and walking boots equally, enjoy a smattering of the finer things in life and the simple pleasures of walking, gardening, socialising, being with friends and family and cooking. Time to reflect, exercise and relax are important to me as are the arts, being inspired and theatre. Being a Mum is something I cherish.
Life continues to fill me with wonder and awe. I wear my heart on my sleeve, cry watching people saying goodbye at the airport and whilst I haven’t managed to change the world through my work I have made a small and lasting dent. Fulfilment and contribution feature heavily on my values list as do living in the now whilst holding a vision for the future.
