About her
So here’s the tricky bit…how to best describe yourself without coming across as over confident and totally big headed! I think it would be fair to say that my friends would describe me as fun, vivacious, charismatic, empathetic, loyal, caring, kind and enthusiastic… and on the less than positive side - a bit sensitive at times (it’s because I care!) and possibly lacking in self belief (it’s because life hasn’t totally gone the way I wanted it to)…. Oh, and did I mention… I’m a bit of a perfectionist! I like to call it high standards - I enjoy all things in life when done well!
I love living in the countryside but similarly enjoy all the fun things found in a city - dining out, cinema, music, theatre, museums and art exhibitions… and of course cocktails! But I’m equally at home in a cosy country pub after a long walk, or by the sea. I love spending time with my friends, albeit entertaining at home or meeting up for drinks and dinner after a busy week.
My interests include history ( documentaries and podcasts), I dabble in watercolours ( would like to be better - planning a painting holiday in Italy or the south of France!) Music - ( I have a very varied playlist on Spotify) painting furniture (that’s if I can decide on which farrow and ball colour to use), my weekly quiz at the local pub (it’s very educational!) learning French ( will ALWAYS come in handy and sometimes I just like to show off!

Here’s another tricky question to answer! I suppose I’m old enough to have worked out that the perfect partner might not actually exist! But nevertheless there are a few “character traits” on my shopping list…
Someone who is kind, generous of heart, charismatic, capable, intelligent, cultured, thoughtful, loving (words and deeds!) out-doorsy, practical, funny (I love laughing - who doesn’t?) and downright bloody gorgeous… well, there’s got to be chemistry after all.
