About her
A logical person who values honesty and trust as shortcuts to a good life. My self-employment and hobbies are sociable and sometimes noisy but, as a true introvert, spells of peace and solitude are necessary to re-charge. Coastal and country walks, wildlife watching and time to think and read are my idea of luxury. Not particularly materialistic or status oriented, I live a modest lifestyle and tend to observe the media churn from a distance. I believe that no-one can can make you happy in the long term if you don’t learn it for yourself, so no heavy lifting for a partner to do in that regard. I hold to the notion of respect and consideration as everyday gifts in a relationship; drama and psychological games are not for me.
I am not an academic (life didn't go that way) but I feel the intellect sparks when it connects, and that is what illuminates daily life; the effects of mutual inspiration and being around someone who thinks differently but is compatible in the way they convey ideas.
