OK, so, I'm 66, deal with it - what's the objection to meeting someone your own age, or even older ? Surely it's more about lifestyle and attitude than miles on the clock ? I'm sure a younger woman would be good for your ego in the short term, but what do you talk about, what interests do you share, how will they feel in 10 years time ?
Rant over, but why not try picking on someone your own age ?
Meanwhile....I have great friends but it would be lovely to have someone to come/go home with again, to discuss the minutiae of the day or weightier matters, or just be.
Somewhat unconventional, upbeat but realistic, funny, active but not a gym bunny, would rather be gardening than dusting, rather be chatting over coffee than shopping. Love living in London with all it offers but enjoy weekends away in the country or by the sea. I also enjoy travelling - Europe (by train where possible), or further afield, to sample the culture, not sit on a beach. Quiet nights in with friends or out to a show or concert. Don't ski, sail or play golf, but don't object if you do.
