Lots of things make me happy, hot toast with peanut butter, the first cup of coffee in the morning, being on the receiving end of a genuine smile, an unsolicited arm link whilst out walking, an embrace from behind while I’m washing the dishes, people watching at a kerbside café, visiting an Art gallery or historical site, applying sun cream to my partner’s back, listening to great music, laughter, dancing, knowing my partner is having a good time, getting lost in a great book, to name but a few.
