I try to always find out and understand new things and I always enjoy debating and discussing a range of topics.

I would like someone who is kind, has a good sense of humour and curiousity to find out things.
I imagine spending a day out for a walk, or at a concert, looking round some local landmark, and then come back and trying a new recipe (or ordering takeaway).
A dealbreaker for me would be dishonesty about important things.
