I live on the South Coast, a stone’s throw from the shoreline; ironic as I much prefer the countryside.
I enjoy walking and can happily say I have completed the 100 miles South Downs Way and enjoyed the varying flora and fauna. I’m equally happy dressing for dinner.
My hobbies and interests include sewing / needlework (should I comment my sewing machine is my best friend?), reading, theatre, history; I have a natural tendancy toward Queen Victoria and her family, the Romanovs, The Holocaust. Stately homes and historic buildings, good films - also independent, and I like to cook and entertain. I also enjoy the Six Nations. I am currently designing a website with an aim to promote my hand-made sewn crafts.
I work as a medical secretary for a local GP practice within the. NHS. My training to become a nurse has helped immensely in my work.
A family orientated and loyal friend who loves dogs, who enjoys being at home as well as sight-seeing, who also values her own space. I currently have no pets of my own although I dog-sit for daughter and cat-sit for friends.
Having recently returned from a visit to Croatia, I have now demoted France to 2nd place in my listing!
