About her
Where’s Sue? She’s over there, she’s the one who can sit on her hair and she uses really long words. Those were the words from a good friend to another arriving at a garden party. I grow my hair to donate to cancer charities for wigs. I’ve been doing it since I was 19, hence the comment about long hair.
My friends would say that they know I have their backs, that I’m loyal and faithful and that I’m the friend to go to if you need the honest truth about something.
I like sunshine and clean houses, dishonesty irks me, and cruelty I loathe.
I have an outdoor aviary with Budgies and Kakarikis, and an 30yr old indoor African Grey parrot who is a gentleman. I used to do parrot rescue and I loved it!
I used to play board games and would like to start that again, the same with jigsaws. Addictive! I read a lot too.
I enjoy going out for a pint of real ale, or a glass of nice wine, a mooch around somewhere new on a nice day.
I have a relaxed outlook to life. I don’t like argument or confrontation, I will, however stand my ground. I’m in the position where my time is my own. Walks in the woods, picnic or drinks by the river. I’m open to suggestions…

An ideal match for me? Someone who is kind and patient, thoughtful and trustworthy. A sense of pride in the way they present themselves, and standards in their behaviour. I hope to find someone to reciprocate the love and care I would give them. Mutual respect and a deeper friendship are a good way to start a relationship, with love, honesty and trust being the way forward.
Things I would consider to be deal breakers are infidelity, abuse of any kind and a dislike of animals.
