About him
I’m someone who enjoys life’s simple pleasures as much as its bigger adventures. I keep active with swimming two or three times a week, love being outdoors walking or camping, and enjoy sunshine holidays where relaxing by the pool is as important as exploring somewhere new.
I’m fit, healthy, and run my own established business, which gives me both independence and a good work–life balance. I hardly drink, but I do enjoy the occasional glass of Zinfandel or a cold beer — especially beside a pool, at a barbecue, or in a cosy pub with a real fire and good company.
Evenings might be theatre (I have a soft spot for murder mysteries), cinema, or simply a good movie or binge 'The Expanse' or Game of Thrones on the sofa. I value conversation, humour, and feeling at ease with someone — the kind of connection where silence is comfortable and laughter comes easily.
I can speak a little German (enough to say hello and find my way back to the hotel), and I’m always open to learning new things, especially with the right person beside me.
