Semi-retired travel/guide book writer and journo looking for stimulating, fun (and sexy wouldn't be bad either) companion for travels by plane, train, automobile, bike, skis and surfboard. But not all at the same time...
I grew up in Hebden Bridge (hipster twat capital of Yorkshire) but now spend my summers in Pembrokeshire and winters in the French Alps and like to keep active in both - surfing, swimming and cycling/mountain biking in summer, skiing and ski touring in winter - and would like to meet someone with similar interests.
I love dogs and recently went on a dog sledding expedition in northern Sweden; my lovely border collie died recently and I was bereft, but I will eventually get another border collie since they are clearly the best breed!
I have a camper van which I don't use enough along with too many other vehicles of various sorts - since I'm no petrol head I don't really know how that happened, but if you fancy a ride in a 1967 Ford Mustang give me a call
