My friends say I'm charming and good-looking but I wouldn't know about that. All I know is I'm a glass half full kind of person who loves to keep active.
I enjoy music, the opera especially and love to travel, especially to Italy, Italian food being my favourite. I enjoy a drop of wine or two but I'm not what you'd call a heavy drinker. I enjoy a good cup of coffee.
I enjoy running - park run mainly but I have done much longer runs, I love cycling and am an avid walker too.
I'm still very active in my work in the coffee business and go to work every day.
