I am a recently retired academic who has enjoyed a long fulfilling career. I have just moved to Kingston upon Thames to be near to my grandson and the cultural opportunities available in London. I see this as a real adventure and am looking for someone to share exploring London and my local area. I am hoping to complete the Capital Ring walk this summer as well as visiting the Surrey Hills and the South Downs. My plan is to go into central London at least once a week to try out new cafes and restaurants, go to galleries and exhibitions, and enjoy the theatre, opera, ballet and concerts.
