About him
My friends would say that I have a quirky sense of humour with an optimistic view of the World. I soon realised that in later years, in order to get the most out of life, it is essential to remain fit and healthy. With plenty of exercise and a good diet, I have been lucky enough to accomplish this, so that I can continue to enjoy all of the activities that I find so stimulating. I still enjoy sport, the Arts, running a stall at vintage fairs, walking and travelling through Italy, France and the UK. Food and wine are very important to me. I enjoy eating out whether it is a simple local restaurant or a Michelin three star establishment and I also get a lot of pleasure from cooking at home.
Life is there to be lived and I am determined to make the most of it!
