About her
I care deeply about those close to me, but not many are close. I have a few friends, but I'm still fulfilled. I have a beautiful new dog.
Since COVID, I find crowds and cities overwhelming; thus I like the comfort of home and being in the countryside or on walks. Is it a prerequisite nowadays for everyone to say they want to travel lots?
I need time to myself to recharge and find peace walking my hound. l enjoy baking and gardening when energy levels allow. Otherwise I do love to relax in front of a variety of different TV/films.
I try to avoid social media, I don't enjoy having my phone in my hand all the time. I enjoy reading vampire romance and fantasy genres, yes that's right. No shame!
Day to day I'm working, spending time with my dog, gardening. I'm early up, and early to bed.
I feel like I'm bit out of my time and would have been content to be a housewife! I enjoy a rant sometimes... I'm dry and sarcastic and as with most Capricorns I can also be direct. I love my job and my job loves me.
If it had one wish it would be to buy my childhood home and live there.
Are we supposed to know what's best for us after 40? I don't think so. I know that I'm not looking for a big shake up, for someone who needs me to join them in everything they do. I'd like an independent person, a friend, a lover, a companion. I'd be a fool to say I don't want to fall head over heels in love again, but I'm also not going to push myself just to be with someone. Timing is key.
I'm not sure I want to live full time with someone because, well, Capricorn. I'm not sure if want kids because I'm already old and don't want to struggle financially or give up the next 20 years (selfishly). My dog and I are a unit. 🤞🏻😄

Someone who has a full life and knows themselves by now. Easy going, kind, patient and punctual. A little old fashioned would be nice. Supportive, decisive, active. Understanding, understanding, understanding 🥰
What would complement me/what would I like them to share with me?
A handy man around the house and garden would be an ideal match as I'd like to have share that, someone not afraid of being the garden, wildlife, dirt, etc. X and a dog lover for sure. Someone who isn't in a relationship with their phone/social media.
I'd consider it a deal breaker if:
You had a temper, or were urgently looking for someone, or were not happy in yourself already. Just off the top of my head, we'd probably not get along if you thought Trump was a good idea, didn't do your best with recycling, didn't care about the environment, and thought metal health was a farce. An active and fit gent because I'm not ashamed to like that look and temperament. Someone to lift me when I'm down and encourage me when I need it. A partner.
