About him
I try to be a good person - kind, loyal, supportive. Enjoy a lot of different hobby's maybe too many! Possibly because I don't have anyone to share dog walks, festivals, gigs etc with apart from my beloved son.
Food wise we generally cook from scratch, clean diet and go to the gym to improve cardio and muscle mass.
Unfortunately we've just had to say goodbye to our first rescue hound after 8 great years and 3 increasingly painful months. I'm missing her terribly. The other greyhound is lovely but nervous, bless her.
Favourite walks - Wells/Holkham, Blickling, Felbrigg, Sheringham beach, Cley/Blakeney but open to lots of other walks.
I've worked in the NHS and care sector with autistic spectrum adults but now work for myself.
This is the year for doing some serious hikes without the doggie - possibly some ancient pilgrimage routes.
Brought up in a house where music was very important, mostly trad jazz and classical.
For holidays or breaks I prefer hiking or looking round fine cities. We have great beaches here but to my mind all beaches are walking along in bare feet rather than lying on. A long walk like Hadrian's Wall seems appealing in theory. The Peak district and Lakes have been visited frequently in the past.

Someone who's likes dogs, keeping fit and active while still enjoying great food and the occasional drink. Music and enjoying being outdoors are very important.
