About her
I'm well educated, articulate, loyal and want to laugh again. I used to be considered very funny. My humour has been described as fairly "basic" by my brothers, but I also love clever English humour as opposed to the cruel toe curling variety. I'm no longer looking for seismic activity just honesty and common sense with a dose of irreverence thrown in for good measure. I have been described as strong and feisty but I am not opinionated. I like hearing other people's views and life stories. I am a good cook, and conversationalist. I love dogs as they are always loyal and I enjoy walking in God's own County particularly if there's a nice country pub involved. I enjoy live theatre, opera and classical music but love the 60's 70's and 80's popular music too. I do yoga twice a week, walk daily and still ski reds in the three Valleys. I played golf a few times years ago and enjoyed it but since I still work I haven't been able to take it up again in my so called "retirement". I have travelled on business and for pleasure all around the world but still consider the U.K the best country to live in at least when the sun is shining!

I would love to meet a well adjusted, grown up real man with a sense of humour. Someone who is well educated, literate and capable of holding a conversation with anyone especially conversations of a philosophical nature. Hopefully you are kind to animals and humans alike and honest in all things. I want someone who is as financially comfortable as I am as there needs to be a healthy balance in such matters. Since I am fit healthy and active myself I hope to meet someone similar with a comparable or compatible view of life, the universe and beyond.
