I am fit, amusing and fun to be with. Happy in my own skin and welcome adventures. I'm looking for a kind, caring, considerate, compassionate outgoing lady to share things with - experiences are much better shared. I may give the impression of being a loner but this is certainly not the case. I love people's company and I'm a member of two walking clubs and a cycling club. I don't let grass grow under my feet and have always been a "get up and doer" rather than a sitter and wonderer. This can, as I say, lead to being too independent - giving the impression of being a loner. I walk here in the High Peak District of Derbyshire, Wales and the Lake District. I cycle in Summer in the Italian Alps and French Pyrenees and ski in Winter. Love Italy, France and I'm looking at buying a property in either the French Pyrenees or close to the Abruzzo National Park in Italy. Love music, classical and blues/rock. I find it exciting spreading maps out on the floor, looking at this area and that, planning walks, cycle rides, adventures and independent holidays abroad. Don't watch much tv, don't do Facebook, - I spend evenings gardening, diy and knitting while listening to music. Talking of music, I play the piano a little, love going to concerts to see music being actually created. Love eating and gardening.
