About her
I was married for 22 years, then my life took an unexpected turn, and I have been divorced now since 2006. I have a wonderfully supportive family and I have four grown up children of whom I am hugely proud. I have just retired as a primary school teacher
I would describe myself as optimistic, thoughtful, fun and sociable.
I really enjoy music; both listening and playing, from classical to pop; I have lots of favourites. A good film is always a winner, Argo has me gripped, but then again Frozen is just delightful!
I love to socialise and am very happy to cook for friends and family. Holidays are also important to me. I dislike wasps, goats cheese, secrets and lies, arrogance, lumpy mashed potato, driving long distances on my own and children leaving home.
