About him
I'm a, relatively, fit and active 70+ year old, starting to creak a bit at times, who'd love to find a female soulmate (slim, attractive to me, probably 60? to 75, but considered young for her age) for a long-term exclusive relationship, ideally becoming "full-time".
Not looking for a fortnight-fling, nor a role as some sort of vague on-call "plus one".
Bright and intelligent, but no boring intellectual or know-it-all.
Good sense of humour (but appropriate to the occasion and company).
I'm more of a "lark" than a "night owl" (an important distinction ?).
Reliable and punctual.
I have plenty of time for activities and trips / holidays (but please don't ask me to go on a cruise !).
At this age my sporting interests have largely reduced to walking and cycling (not lycra-man) and I remain quite a keen gardener, including veg and salads.
I selected "several times per week" as my drinking level, but this is simply a glass of wine or beer with my evening meal (advisable with my cooking), not living as a boring bar-fly at local pub.
Happily'ish living on my own but would love to find that special person who, too, would be prepared to put in the time and effort, for mutual benefit, and share life's magic moments and it's inevitable ups and downs.

I'd love to meet that elusive someone who would become my best friend.
A lady with whom there is that vital spark of indefinable alchemy (making a lengthy prescriptive list pointless).
Probably slim and attractive with plenty of playfulness and humour, and keeps herself reasonably, but not obsessively, fit.
A lady who probably understates herself rather than boasts about her achievements.
Honest and loyal.
Plenty of humour.
Not too serious (although serious about the relationship).
Would be good to share some interests whilst perhaps maintaining some not necessarily shared ones.
A bonus (but not a deal-breaker) would be a shared love of walking coastal paths, moors and countryside.
