Well here goes!
I'm thinking that women like to know the general basics about us men on here so I've drawn up a mental hit list of things that may interest to get them up front and out of the way:
Single guy rising phoenix style after a long term relationship.
Genuinely unattached,flexible as to relocation and my cupboard holds no skeletons....not a single bone.
Non smoker,financially secure,fit and healthy.

Emotionally mature when I try.meditation helps there.

Outspoken to the extent I can easily get myself into trouble without even trying.Been like that since nursery school.
Ex naval officer ,insubordinate and turned pacifist so left before they threw me out.
Better suited to the drama of a courtroom where I have practised as a trial lawyer for the last 30 years.
Now recently retired and entering a new phase in life.
So far it's been very colourful and generally good even if I've been battered now and again.I want more of the good things.
Now lives alone ( along with two rescue goldfish,they don't need walks but never pay attention).

Words may help our stories through life but there is nothing like sitting across a table from a lady throwing chemistry darts at one another to see what hits the target.

Life is precious.The Internet has opened up a myriad of opportunities methinks.Ready to don my suit of armour,not to be gallant necessarily but more for protection from the inevitable fakes and Philistines.
But there are diamonds in the dust and I only want to find one gem to cherish....less is always more.
