I’m motivated by helping people so volunteer with dementia group, which allows me to play and sing and generally have fun. The choir and folk group need more application but still enjoyable. I’ve done a lot of DIY so enjoy helping at our local community garden. I’m naturally fit but recently joined the gym to keep it because I love playing with my very active grandchildren.
Wide range of interests, like language, quizzes, historical sites, digs, nature, environment. Just enjoy what’s around. Holidays abroad for culture/ history, snorkelling/ sub-aqua, sites etc - not lying on a beach.
