Now 58 not far away from 59, but my grown up children tell me that I look and act a lot younger ( about 14 apparently). They must want something!
I have quite diverse tastes.
Including in music, from classical, to pop to indie. A favourite piece being “Particles” by Olufar Arnold’s - try and find it, it’s beautiful. Also Pink Floyd, I can’t remember the title but there is a line in it which stops you mid breath - “Did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?”

I’m affectionate and tactile ( love a hand to hold and a cheek to kiss). Mischievous.
I like Radio 4. Especially “I’m sorry I Haven’t A Clue”. I may have a thing for Jack Dee…
I really enjoy being outdoors. Love the coast and the sea in particular.
I bodyboard and snorkel, appreciating our Devon and Cornish coasts. I execute ( literally) my watery activities with enthusiasm if not elegance.

Originally from the Cambridgeshire Fens - no webbed feet though, I promise. Then up to North Norfolk and now down in deepest, darkest Somerset, on the edge of the Levels. See the watery theme?
I do have a yearning for mid Devon. I would like to find some dark sky. I am just starting to enjoy astronomy again, and what an amazing time right now to gaze upwards!
I studied horticulture and plant sciences and worked amongst the chlorophytes and substrate for a long time (I know! Ask me later, maybe).
Now I am working for an engineering company, very small, very niche and yes, very different.
But, come the apocalypse, I will be very useful to know - I can grow the fungi and rebuild a Solex carburettor!

Gosh this is so difficult!
I would love to find a gentleman. One who can appreciate the simple things in life. I’m not at all materialistic and believe that the best days and moments are when all the senses are engaged simultaneously.
