I try hard to have a positive and accepting attitude to life. Knocks and setbacks are inevitable but I feel if you are prepared to make an effort these don’t have to be insurmountable.

Someone who enjoys getting out in our beautiful countryside and keeping fit and healthy. Friendships and social interaction should be important to person. I enjoy reading but my interest in politics/ current affairs is minimal. I attend exercise classes and swim but my heart belongs to yoga and I’m a great believer in its physical, mental and emotional benefits.
I find myself at present going through a period of feeling alone I’m not lonely just tired of always being on my own. I crave company, laughter and friendship. I read on someone’s profit dinner for one just isn’t cutting it and I agree.
