I would describe myself as compassionate, caring, curious, creative and conscientious.
Grateful that I have work that I enjoy and find meaningful.
I love Nature and being creative, and my spiritual life and meditation are very important to me, as are my loved ones (family and close friends).
Interested in psychology and psychotherapy, with a particular interest in neurodiversity.
Very well-travelled, especially in Europe, Asia and Latin America, and I have lived in three other countries. I speak French and Turkish (and can understand a bit of Azeri) and also a bit of Italian, Spanish and Korean.
Tastes in music - I especially love a lot of 19th and 20th century classical music and some world music. Also love a lot of visual art, especially European from the 19th and 20the centuries and East Asian art.
Favourite poets include Tagore, Kahlil Gibran, Rumi and Ryokan... and I write poetry too.
Always been interested in astronomy and am intrigued by the interface between science, philosophy and the arts and across different cultures.
I'll eat most foods that are vegetarian, and I like cooking.
