About her
I aim to be the best I can be in terms of living a life in full health of body, mind and spirit.I put effort and time in my part time career / hobby in fitness and health to help others to remain youthful, fit and strong to be able to do all the things they want to do that give them joy and purpose. In the line of work I am in you have to be socially engaging but I am a gentle sensitive person who also likes her own space at times.
It’s great to learn new ideas and develop new interests as that is part of personal growth. I like music and have a piano and did play basic guitar and time permitting would be inspired to practice. I enjoy singing and attending ballet classes.
I like the warmth and sunshine on a Spring day, the company of my gorgeous wee dog and playing with my active and beautiful grandson. I enjoy meeting friends for delicious coffee (and 🍰) too and an evening out at the occasional ballet , theatre and concert.
I would like to explore more places to visit in France - Provence and Carcasonne perhaps? However I have travelled to some interesting countries around the globe from India to South Africa to Russia and quite a lot of Europe.
At home I value my space and a bit of time to concentrate on my Pilates work. Having a work life balance is important, with time to do the things that bring you joy and happiness and share this with someone who lives not too far away.

The person I would like to meet would be kind, reliable and honest but above all would be a supportive friend . A sense of humour wouldn’t go amiss and perhaps you might be a practical person who occasionally like to cook a nice meal. Eating well is good!
