Hi!
I'm friendly, warm, loyal, sociable, and my friends know I'm a kind person. I tend to be restrained and formal with new acquaintances. After a while, they realise I am a tactile and huggy type of woman! In a romantic relationship I enjoy both public and private dusplays of affection, including lots of hugs and kisses!
I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their life experiences. I've an optimistic outlook and find joy in simple everyday observations.
I'm as active as I can be! I am deeply spiritual and am a practicing Christian. My faith is integral to me and I'm happy to share my thoughts and feelings if anyone wants to know them, but I'd never shove it down anyone's throat, LOL! Think of me as a female Aled Jones!
Although I am active and like to get out and about, I do have reduced mobility. I can stand but not for long. I can walk but please don't race me to a finish line! If I need to go more than a short distance, I use a small mobility scooter, avoid anywhere with steps, and manage that all independently. I take a positive attitude to solving any challenges creatively! I enjoy driving my Motability car.
I'm blessed to have both a dog and a cat. The 15 year old dog is a retired Canine Partner. My 11 year old cat is the sweetest, softest, shyest moggie ever. I love them both dearly.
I relax by watching telly, taking a hot shower, dressing in snuggly nightwear, drinking a hot chocolate, perhaps enjoying some aromatherapy scents, and heading to my bed alone (or with the cat). Bliss!
