I am warm, genuine, loving, giving, accommodating and social, yet I am quiet, stoic minded, and introvert by nature who values independence and alone time to reflect and re-charge.
Separated several years, 2 young adult guitarists for sons, one is living away at uni, the other starting college in September. I have a meaningful and rewarding career in Public Health working in the community, which I love.
I try to stay active and young with strength training, yoga, pole fitness, and believe in life long learning and growth, with interests in health, wellness, nutrition, meditation and spirituality. I am a qualified yoga teacher, with a goal to start up my own community accessible class again one day.
I believe that relationships should enhance life, not take away from them. My outlook on life is that although we cannot control what happens outside of us, we can control how we perceive and respond to what happens to us in life, and that is the key to everything.

I lived in South Korea years ago, travelled a bit on that side of the world, then had to close that book for a couple of decades and focus on raising a family and establish a career.
