Hi there,
My name is Istemi, I'm an architect & surveyor specialised and construction & real estate management and more; a versatile person briefly born in Istanbul, Türkiye. I'm probably the silent man everyday passing through the crowds and walking towards his own aims.
There are many reasons you get to know me: I can say I'm talented in many ways, I'm a versatile person, practically related to many branches of the fine arts, intelligent enough to draw my route in the life, the probably the last man in the UK who does not say the word "mate" at all. I hate that word...
Recently I've been trying to complete my professional registrations to the ARB + RIBA, and RICS. Then the life is gonna be much better...
