About her
I'm a self-employed professional who also runs a charity in my spare time. I love travel, theatre, singing, books, good food (at home and out), and sometimes just watching TV on the sofa. I have more enthusiasm than talent for dancing. I take life seriously - we only get one go-around, after all - but I look for the fun and the joy in every day.
I'm single, live alone in central London with my elderly dog, and have adult children who visit often but live away at least during termtime.
In this phase of my life, I am enjoying the freedom from the responsibility of young children and a full time job, the flexibility to use my time and money as I wish, and - and this came as a surprise - the opportunity to build new friendships and deepen old ones in ways that somehow didn't seem as possible a couple of decades ago.
