I am loyal, kind, understanding, considerate and happy in my own company. I thoroughly enjoy sharing humour and a mutual laugh is the best medicine! I am a trained classical pianist, but play a variety of genres especially when I had my own four piece group playing keyboard in nursing homes. I also grew up in the world of ballad and folk groups in smoked filled cellars! "Those WERE the Days my Friend"!! Now it's the ukelele and banjouke for the 'little grey cells!'
I have been an avid enthusiastic photographic club member from times long, long ago developing my own black/whites n slides, a far cry from digital and A1 photos today!
I also really enjoy DIY and I'm proud of singlehandedly laying a 12x12 patio, tiling a bathroom and terracotta tiling the hallway. Now why can't I put on my socks LOL!!
I have short stories and poetry published but can't do art nor grow plants! We all have our talents and that's what makes us all unique and interesting. There's so much knowledge on all sorts of subjects to now have the time in life to enjoy, or just sit quietly in anticipation with head bent, doing finger exercises on this site!!!
