About her
Three words that describe me are: caring, confident and tenacious. I love fireside chats, a good debate, nice food and company, and I'm now ready to date again after being single for the past 18 months. For fun I like to visit beautiful places, castles, country houses, nice coffee shops and the odd pub. I also travel to London every few months with work so love the buzz of the city. My outlook on life is really positive. Success is within reach if we seize the opportunities given to us.

I'm keen to meet someone with serious intentions: someone a bit older than me (50s or 60s ideally but if older I wouldnt rule out dating). My ideal partner will be kind and confident with a heart for people, and good living - simple stuff that does wonders for your wellbeing. I would love to meet someone who enjoys nice days out or cozy nights in reading, writing or watching a film (in that order of preference). I'm a hopeless romantic and a bit of a traditionalist so I'd rather go to a museum or uni lecture than a noisy pub, to a coffee shop or visitor attraction rather than a dailly gym.
Deal breakers include computer gamers who play every day. Also I'm not keen on looking after pets or young babies regularly as I've spent many years doing both and now I want to enjoy our time together, not be tidying up after everyone. Older children would be fine.
