About him
I'm a very young 67 year old, and keep myself fit and healthy by going to the gym. I graduated from Art School a very long time ago (1984), with a degree in Fine Art, and have worked as an artist pretty much ever since. More as a hobby now.
I'm not a typical artist though; I have many other interests. I love classic motorcycles (I ride an old Harley Davidson ), and classic cars, of which I've had many. Having said all that, I'm not a typical biker either. I'm not into sex, drugs and rock and roll (well not the drugs and rock and roll anyway!),
I dislike status symbols. Love music; hate festivals, camping and hiking. I do like walking around country house estates and upmarket shopping malls! Dislike football; rugby was my game.I don't want to go on a World cruise, or backpack around South-East Asia. Nor do I want to climb mountains,jump out of a plane, or scuba dive. I realise that I'm an unconventional type of guy. Definitely a Sigma male!
I try not to take myself too seriously. I have a great sense of fun and humour, sometimes extremely irreverent; it's the way I see life! Im not into one night stands and superficial relationships. I'm happy-ish in my own company, but miss companionship and intimacy.
I love socialising and going out for lunch or dinner. I don't drink much, but love a cold beer on a warm evening. Meeting friends over a good coffee is an important part of my life. Friends and family are important to me (particularly as I don't have many left lol).
I am a widower. I lost my beautiful wife to cancer in January 2024. It's been a tough time, but I'm ready to move on with life. I'm financially solvent,and own my own home. Im not a starving artist! I'm also a pretty good cook.
