I’m a warm, kind, generous and loving soul with a rather cheeky sense of humour which is coming in very useful now I find myself on a dating site at 71! I’m very straightforward and honest so I expect to find the same in others. Sadly this isn’t the case with some of the men on here - can you show me you’re different?

I don’t think the ‘ideal’ match exists and if it did I think it would soon become boring.
But if you’re kind, honest, loyal, have integrity and, though modern, you still have traditional values then that’s worth a lot in my book. You will definitely need to have a sense of humour and a certain amount of patience to counteract my impatient tendencies. You also have to like dogs and they have to like you! The icing on the cake would be if you have a smile that’ll melt my heart - am I asking too much here?
What I don’t want is a man who rushes in all guns blazing only to ghost me a day later - been there, done that thank you.
I always answer messages even if it’s to say ‘thank you but no thank you’. When I’ve messaged people and I’ve received no acknowledgment at all then that speaks volumes about the person I’ve messaged - good manners cost nothing!
