I have a great many interests, far too many to list, but, travel, history, music and art are just four of them. Basically I am quite a shy person, this is why describing myself is torture! I am definitely a face to face kind of person. Conversations with my dogs and cat are hardly sparkling and definitely one sided as they ignore me, so human interaction is vital. I absolutely refuse to go quietly into my dotage, there is so much more I want to do, but I would like to do it with someone special.

My ideal match should have the patience of a Saint, a wicked sense of humour, have all their marbles ( because a forgotten Birthday brings about another ice age), be interested in going to new places and experiencing new things, but, be equally happy sprawled on the sofa watching a good film whilst it's pouring with rain outside.
