I'm a nice guy! Fairly laid back, good sense of humour with a ready wit. Thoughtful, caring, kind, confident, responsible, independent, etc, comfortable in my own skin though there is a gap...... not in the skin though.....
I look after myself, exercise, swim, cycle, eat healthily. Like walking, canals, rivers, old railway lines.
