Hi. Thank you for taking a look! I'm healthy, active and adventurous with a very wide variety of interests. I don't believe I look, or act, my age!
Since retiring I've realised how work got in the way of so many fascinating and pleasurable activities... I now indulge in painting, sculpting, ironwork, learning the saxophone, motor biking, leisurely cycling and a bit of gardening. But... love country walks (I have an old dog), cosy pubs, historic visits, travel, theatre and cinema. However, quiet days/nights with a log fire reading, playing games (Scrabble, Backgammon, Rummy etc. ???), planning a next adventure are equally exciting.
I also enjoy cooking.
There's not much I don't like! The important factor is 'sharing'. I'm missing a soul mate to share (and learn!) stuff with.

So... My ideal mate will have a zest for life with an optimistic, glass half full attitude.
