I’m a lover of horses and horse racing, including annual visits to the Dublin Racing Festival and the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe at Longchamp in Paris, as well as other more exotic places like Pontefract.
I currently don’t possess a vehicle as I’ve yet to convince myself of the need to buy another one, but that may change. And no, it’s not because I’m banned from driving.
In 2022 I had a cancer diagnosis, and the resulting treatment has left my body still mildly frail. It's not stopped me traveling though, just takes a little more planning these days.
