Always happy to step outside and see where the wind carries me. I enjoy hiking/camping, running, bouldering, reading, board games, cooking, going to the cinema/theatre, music concerts, travelling and spotting cool birds! I think my friends would agree that I'm pretty outgoing although I enjoy some quiet time too (who doesn't?). I can be a little mischievous and love cracking a joke - the puns are terrible, I get it, but I'll make them anyway and love every second of it. Generally pretty easy-going but I can be more serious when a situation calls for it. I care a lot about people and am always willing to listen if someone is having some problems. I'm pretty optimistic and spirited despite the curveballs life slings at you - I would add resilient and calm in the face of hardship to sound my own trumpet just a little bit!

Honestly, the kind of qualities I'm looking for are exactly the same I try to practice myself: honesty, respect, kindness, loyalty, acceptance, understanding, forgiveness, adaptability, security, consistency, trustworthiness, curiosity, and possibly most important of all, the ability/willingness to communicate. Overcoming hardship/difference/miscommunication is inevitable (I believe) in any relationship, so it's important to me that I can find someone who is able to navigate this things with me in a mutually constructive way. Right, hopefully some of the boring stuff out the way - I want to be a great partner to someone and it would be wonderful to meet someone who wants to be that too and someone that I build a life with. I love to explore and there are there so many places I've yet to travel to in search of mountains, forests, lakes and wildlife. Hoping to meet someone to share the adventure with :)
