This is the hard part! It is never easy to describe oneself, as you cannot see yourself as others see you. I'm pretty straightforward, normal, easy-going, easy to talk to and have a wicked sense of humour. I'm definitely not a party animal, and abhor loud people, noisy places, confrontation and argument. Peace and harmony for me!
I love the countryside, nature, animals, especially dogs as I have always owned at least one, walking, cycling -though not when it's wet and windy! - and love the arts, literature and music.
Quite an independent and contented soul, but would love to find someone like-minded to share life with, the ups and the downs, which are always easier with two.
I would like to meet someone for warmth and wit; walking and talking; caring and sharing; board games and banter; going out and staying in; companionship and conversation; history, heritage, gardens and wilderness; music and more....
