I'm Yvonne, I'm open to adventure, seeking smiles in life, enjoying a good giggle and down to earth in my life approach.
My work as a self-employed musician takes me to various care and education environments with children and vulnerable adults alike. Music is a glue in life and sharing that joy is true satisfaction.
I've been blessed with many adventures and living in different countries has shaped much of my life, yet, I feel I'm just scratching the surface. My bag is packed and it would be lovely to travel with someone special.
Although I may seem quiet, once comfortable around someone, the laughs will flow and the more goofy side shows, especially around children and pets. Love a good pun. You've been warned! 😄
Deep conversations putting the world to rights over a cuppa? Pull up a chair! At Greenbelt, a loosely Christian music and arts festival, the tea tent is where it all happens. That, and late-night pillow talk.
I recharge best in nature's calm, or in or beside water. I appreciate quality time with lovely people but still look forward to going home to my little haven. If there could be hugs and love for me there too, it would definitely be heaven. 🥰
Music is definitely my way of expressing myself - different instruments for different emotions. I play far too many (!), and compose and record when I can.
When not serenading my neighbours with beautiful music, on a rare Scottish sunny day, you'll find me bobbing along on my paddleboard. I have a spare one, so come join me. I love being held by the gentle lapping waves.
