Tall, full of curves, and have finally figured out who I am and what matters to me.
I like theatre, concerts, comedy and festivals - basically anything live and good – and I’m usually first up on the dance floor.
I like being outdoors and nature. It’s traditional when I go on holiday to drag everyone on a random mission to see a particular animal or bird… it never goes to plan, we usually don’t find what we’re looking for, but we have had some amazing, unexpected adventures as a result!
I love wild swimming, but only when it’s warm! I like going out in fierce weather, feeling the power & wildness of it, then coming home to light the fire.
My favourite drink is tea, and it’s rare to find me without mug in hand, though I love sharing a bottle of wine with a friend, staying up way too late and putting the world to rights... which would involve making it a more compassionate, equal place – I’m not interested in any flag-waving reform supporters.
I’m a creative person and I want someone who has that spark and joy about sharing art (in any of its many forms).
I definitely have a nerdy side. I love board games, audio books and podcasts – happily devouring mostly sci fi, fantasy and folklore, while trying to include more worthy books here and there! I’m always up for browsing charity shops and bookshops (but don’t let me buy any more books!)
But - I have a teenager living with me and home is her space. I’m looking for someone to meet up, spend time, go to events and days out and have fun with, to message, laugh and talk about our days with, but also keeping our own spaces.
